Learning to practice a specialized yoga program at home completely changed my life.

 

Over the past two years, I’ve spent countless hours creating home sequences for my private clients. After seeing the normal challenges that were arising in myself and my students, I developed the Home Practice Series to address the issues that come along with committing to a daily practice. The group acts as a support system to not only clarify your yoga for backcare and scoliosis practice at home, but as a forum for you to bring your celebrations and challenges in this specially selected group of students.

​In this series you will:

  • Gain access to 5 different video sequences (for General Backcare or Scoliosis) to practice each week

  • Learn how to create a practice space (no rope wall required)

  • Address the conscious, (and unconscious), blockages that hold us back from being able to practice every day, without exception

  • Cultivate important breathing and meditation practices that are backcare & scoliosis specific.

  • Discover how energy imbalances associated with chronic pain and/or spinal asymmetry may be affecting your life!

  • Have access to a closed Facebook community where you can post questions to be answered on the live Q & A calls 

 

 

I've put my heart and soul into creating this series for my students who are ready to reach new depths in their practice. My biggest transformation happened when I took the work I was doing in class, home with me. I started to understand the root causes of my chronic pain and began to develop a felt sense of my asymmetry, which changed everything. I believe that your practice time should serve you exactly as you need it in that moment. I can help you learn how to listen to what your body/mind is asking you for. With a heightened awareness, you can create and maintain balance in your life, both internally and externally.

 

Please note: This group program is best suited for able-bodied students who feel confident learning in an online group setting. If you have a spinal fusion, osteoporosis or are not sure about which option is right for you, please let us know and we can direct you to the correct series.
